Volunteer Outreach - Christmas Shopping for Special Children through Be An Angel DFW

About this event

HELP US BRING CHRISTMAS JOY TO OVER 1,100 SPECIAL CHILDREN!

Be An Angel DFW needs YOUR help making Christmas magical for more than 1,100 children with special needs, medically fragile children, and children with hearing impairments throughout North Texas!

The Christmas wish lists are in, and now we need VOLUNTEER SHOPPERS to help us fill them! These children attend schools in Dallas, Fort Worth, Midlothian, Lake Worth, Everman, Dublin, Castleberry, and Mesquite ISD.

Christmas Shopping Volunteer Day

Tuesday, December 1, 2026

8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Walmart | 4100 W. Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062

There are several ways to help!

• Shop for Christmas gifts using the children's individual wish lists.

• Help in the checkout area by bagging and organizing gifts.

• Help transport gifts from the store to our loading trailer.

Volunteer for the entire day or just a few hours! Every helping hand makes a difference.

And here's the BEST part: Be An Angel pays for ALL the gifts! We simply need generous volunteers willing to give their time to help make Christmas special for these incredible children.

Bring a friend, coworker, family member, or group and join us for a day filled with generosity, laughter, and the true spirit of Christmas!

Come help us BE AN ANGEL to a child this Christmas!
