C-45 Ride Flight Experience:

A great aircraft ride for those wanting to experience the thrill of flight. The C-45 Expeditor is the military equivalent of the Beech-18 (Twin Beech) used primarily for VIP transport and cargo duties, but different variants fulfilled a multitude of missions. Bring the entire family for an inexpensive flight experience they won't soon forget!

A MINIMUM OF 2 PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A FLIGHT.

If there is only 1 reservation, the flight may be combined with a later flight or cancelled if flights are full.

Each C-45 flight experience includes a briefing where passengers will learn about the aircraft and receive safety information for their flight. Passengers get to experience engine starts, the taxi to the runway, engine run ups, and takeoff. Passengers are encouraged to take pictures and videos during flight for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. At the conclusion of the flight, passengers have an opportunity to take pictures and ask questions.

Passenger Requirements:

• Up to six passengers can ride in the C-45

• Riders between 5-11 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aboard the aircraft to fly.

• Riders between the ages of 12-17 must have a parent or legal guardian present at time of check-in to fly.

• Passengers must be able to enter and exit the aircraft under their own power, enter and exit their seat, climb ladders, and be able to operate seat safety belts.

• Passengers must be able to read printed safety materials, and understand verbal safety briefings.

• Passengers must follow flight crew instructions before, during, and after flight and also when around aircraft or on airport ramps/taxiways. This helps ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

Aircraft Availability:

Attending aircraft and their availability are subject to change due to weather conditions, maintenance, and other considerations. National weather conditions or other circumstances may prevent aircraft from arriving at an APHT event. Maintenance activities may occur at any time and can delay or cancel an aircraft's availability for rides and tours. Aircraft availability and event status can quickly change. Check our website ( www.airpowersquadron.org ) for the latest aircraft and event information.

Weather / Event Delays & Cancellations:

Weather conditions can quickly change. For the safety of our guests, it may be necessary to postpone or cancel events, cockpit tours, and ride flights due to severe weather and/or weather conditions, safety concerns, disruptions that impact the event, airport authority, military, or law enforcement instructions, or other conditions beyond our control.
